New look

i recently had a haircut. i told the stylist in my broken bahasa that i just wanted a trim and that i wanted to fix my bangs because they've already grown so long.

anyway as i settled myself on the chair listening to my ipod, the stylist immediately got her scissors and chopped like half my bangs off! and i just stood there - in shock.

what the f%*&?!? my lovely haairr!!!

wow. i mean, usually the stylist would consult you first before they chop something off! and honestly i couldn't do anything. i was frozen in my chair, mourning for my precious locks of hair now strewn across the floor, and wincing at the sight of my now humongous forehead.

if you're thinking that i'm whining about something trivial.. then you're probably a guy. waahh my hair!!! my f%&*& hair!!! bad trip. i guess i have no choice but to just work with what i have. Ika nga ni Tyra sa ANTM -"Model through it!" So yeah. that's what I will do. Keep thinking positive thoughts and well.. just stay away from mirrors.

And if you're wondering, i did tip the stylist (albeit grudgingly). Positive thoughts. Deep breaths. Whew.

Anyway, since we're on the topic of new looks.. My blog has a new look!!! (in case you hadn't noticed) Fyi: Kit was the one who designed my original fancy blog template with my emo pic. And I will forever be grateful to him! :) However, just felt like I needed to change it (and also to get rid of that emo pic hehe). And I don't want to create a new blog because I seldom post anyway. So there. I went for a simpler look and just used one of the templates provided in blogspot.

Anyway, the problem is i forgot how to incorporate the links to my other friends' blogs.. although I'm not sure if they are even updating their blogs anymore. Wow flashback!~~ There was a time when blogs were my means of getting recaps (and pics) on past org events, my way of being in everyone's business (chizmiz!), plus getting fun and interesting tests like what kind of a kisser are you? or who is your celebrity look-alike?... Hmm the good ol' days. But yeah i for one understand (being a lazy blogger myself) that sometimes we're just too busy and have no time or that we have so much going on that we can't broadcast anyway or that there's really nothing to say.
