birthday surprise!

what can i say - i love surprises.

hehe although sometimes i feel birthdays are so overrated (unlike when i was younger na birthdays were soooo special and important), i appreciate it when people greet me on my birthday. (THANK YOU SA LAHAT NA NAGGREET!)

what more if they surprise me.

*clap clap* galing talaga nasurprise ako ng todo! sa tingin ko, it was very well implied dun sa O my God! kong malakas nung nakita ko si michee sa labas ng kwarto ko.

it was almost 12 and i was still working on my thesis. buti na lang at least hindi ako mukhang bagong gising dun sa surprise hehe stressed lang! i was wearing my glasses na at pambahay. buti na lang walang butas o raggedy clothes akong suot! hehe. tapos someone knocked on my door, thought it was my mom. i never expected to see michee there. haha knowing michee first instinct was to explain the MESS that was my room, clothes and papers strewn everywhere! hehe. tapos she told me na she had a prob with her mom etc. tapos she needed a glass of water. so we went down, it was kinda dark so i tried to turn the light on (haha kaya lang dont know which switch eh, dami kasi) when i noticed na parang there were figures in the sala.

"Bat may tao dun?" I asked michee. anti-climactic nga kasi i couldnt find the right light switch. hehe when i finally turned the light on, i saw KIA, ALIGS, BENJ, NANAN, SHERWIN and TRICIA there! First instinct, hahaha to cover my chest hahahhaa. shet kakaconscious mukha pa naman akong stressed. hehe tapos yun IN SHOCK talaga ako kasi ba naman who would expect LIVE birthday greetings at 12mn! hehe after the initial shock, we ate the pansit and the cake they brought. tapos i opened my presents. I LOVE PINK! hehe thanks michee, kia and sherwin.

thank you aligs sa paggawa ng banner, thank you nanan sa pagbili ng cake, thank you sherwin sa pagtake ng pictures, thank you 3cia for accommodating them in your home pre-surprise, thank you benj for being there hehe kahit nakablue ka at ang theme pala ay pink hehe. thanks kia for helping sa surprise, thank you michee for planning it all! i love you all sobra.

sobrang touched talaga ako.. thank you all for being with me on my 20th (huhuhuhuhuhu) thank you for not letting me welcome my birthday with thesis work, THANK YOU sobra. what a fab way to spend one's birthday - to be with people i care about. yee senti. thanks talaga. one of the greatest surprises ever.
